Shearing Blades, Dies and Punch are made from good quality HCHCr. Utmost care is taken while heat treating so that decabonation of the surface layer is kept to minimum. These are further double tempered to maintain a hardness of 52-54 HRc. Grinding is done under coolant to avoid any possibility of surface cracks. Various tower manufacturers are satisfactorily using these blades.
